Sessions and camps are booked and paid through Stripe. Cancellation: you receive a full refund of the session price and service fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session; inside 24 hours, 50% of the session price is refunded and the service fee is not; after the start time there is no refund. If a coach cancels, you are always refunded in full. Remote video analysis and remote programs are refundable until the coach begins the review.
