What we collect: your name and email address when you create an account; the athlete name and session notes you choose to provide when booking; your booking, payment and review history. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.
Why we collect it: to create your account, process bookings and refunds, send booking confirmations, session reminders and review requests, share the details a coach needs to run your session, and keep records required for accounting.
Who we share it with: the coach you book with (your name, athlete name and session notes), Stripe for payment processing, and our email delivery provider for the notifications above. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices: you can ask us to correct or delete your account information, or request a copy of what we hold, by contacting us using the address on our About page. Marketing emails, if we ever send them, will always include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies: we use a secure, http-only cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
